Rest assured, we’ve got the green thumbs and a smooth ride all lined up to get your new leafy friend from our greenhouse to your doorstep in style! Ensuring your plants arrive at your door as happy and healthy as possible! We know plants love a good adventure, so we carefully pack them to ensure a safe and comfy ride straight to you. If you’ve paired your plant with one of our stylish planters, we’ll ship them together, so your green friend arrives ready to shine.  For those larger-than-life plants and planters (including our fabulous faux options), they might travel separately due to their combined weight. And for our local plant enthusiasts, we go the extra mile with local delivery to make things even easier. Plus, we offer the added perk of potting your plants in-store for a shorter, stress-free journey to their new home. We’re all about making your plant parent experience as smooth and delightful as possible!
Wondering if you need to repot your plant?
Even though we do our best to ensure your plant arrives in perfect condition, it might experience some stress during its journey. But don’t worry—we use specialized packaging to minimize stress as much as possible.  When your plant arrives, it can take a couple of weeks for it to acclimate to its new home. You might notice some changes during this period, but that’s perfectly normal. Just keep caring for your plant as needed, and it will flourish in no time.  You can definitely keep your plant in the planter you chose when it arrives. If your plant comes in its nursery pot, let it settle in for about two weeks before deciding to repot it into a new planter. This adjustment period helps your plant adapt to your home’s unique environment.  Remember, whether you keep it in the nursery pot or move it to a new pot, your plant will appreciate the care and attention. Feel free to experiment and find what works best for you and your green buddy!
What if my plant shows up and looks more "Meh' than "Marvellous"?
Don't Fret! Snap some photos and send them our way. We’re here to help troubleshoot and get your green buddy back on track. Sometimes, plants need a bit of time to settle into their new home—whether it's your cozy living room or your bustling office.To help it bounce back from its travels, give it a little TLC by trimming away any bruised or bent leaves.
