Our team uses protective materials and climate-considerate packing methods and heat packs to keep your greenery cozy from start to finish.
Our packaging might not win a beauty contest, but it’s effective, safe, and part of how we do our bit for the environment. We recycle and reuse boxes whenever we can, and we pack everything securely so your plant has the safest ride possible.
Because shipping means a new environment, some plants may show mild signs of stress when they arrive, similar to what can happen when you bring a plant home from a shop. It doesn’t happen every time, but we like to be upfront so there are no surprises. Give your plant a little time to settle in, and it should acclimate and bounce back quickly.

For those larger-than-life plants and planters, items may require an extra shipping fee due to weight and size and specialty shipping needs. But don't worry we will always reach out to you to discuss options before we ship anything.
