Sun Requirements ▾

Bright, indirect light is a must. Those white patches can’t photosynthesize, so the more light it gets, the better. Just avoid direct sun—she burns easily and does not appreciate the tan.

Watering Instructions ▾

Keep the soil lightly moist, but never soggy. Let the top 1–2 inches dry out before watering again. Overwatering is the fastest way to lose your princess. Humidity: Loves humidity. 60%+ keeps her glossy and happy. Bonus points if you keep her near a humidifier or in a grouped plant area.

Care Tips ▾

Temperature: Warm and stable is the way—between 18–27°C (65–80°F). Drafts or rapid temperature changes will not be tolerated. Soil: A chunky, fast-draining aroid mix is ideal. Try a blend of orchid bark, perlite, and coco coir to keep roots healthy and happy. Feeding: Monthly during the growing season with a diluted, balanced fertilizer. Hold off in fall and winter—she slows down and likes her beauty rest.
