Place the planted grow card in a bright location with plenty of natural light. A bright windowsill or an area receiving strong, indirect light is ideal for developing healthy green microgreens. Gentle direct sunlight can be beneficial, but monitor moisture carefully in sunny locations because the growing pouch may dry more quickly. Avoid excessively hot windows or prolonged intense sunlight that causes the seedlings or growing medium to dry out.

Watering Instructions ▾

To begin, add approximately 1/3 cup of water to the dehydrated coconut coir growing medium and stir. Add the kale microgreen seeds and gently mix them just below the surface. After planting, keep the growing medium consistently moist but not waterlogged. Mist or water lightly as needed, checking regularly because the small growing pouch can dry relatively quickly. Avoid allowing standing water to accumulate.
