Fort Hill Moss Phlox (Phlox subulata ‘Fort Hill’)

Fort Hill Moss Phlox is a low-growing perennial valued for its vibrant rosy-pink blooms and dense, spreading habit. This cultivar of Phlox subulata is known for its ability to create a colourful carpet in early spring.

This herbaceous perennial forms a mat of fine, needle-like evergreen foliage. In early to mid-spring, it becomes covered in masses of small, star-shaped flowers in warm pink tones, creating a bright and eye-catching display. The blooms attract pollinators such as bees and provide one of the earliest bursts of colour in the landscape.
