    Sun Requirements ▾

    Full sun. Plant in a location receiving at least 6–8 hours of direct sunlight daily. Full sun produces the brightest golden foliage, strongest stems, and the heaviest flowering.

    Watering Instructions ▾

    Moderate. Water regularly during establishment to develop a healthy root system. Once established, water deeply during extended dry periods while allowing the soil surface to dry slightly between waterings. Avoid prolonged soggy conditions.

    Care Tips ▾

    Prune in late winter or early spring before new growth begins to maintain a compact shape and encourage vigorous new foliage. Deadhead spent flowers after the initial bloom to encourage additional flowering later in the season. A moisture meter is a great way to gauge your plant's moisture levels.
