    Sun Requirements ▾

    Full sun to partial shade. Morning sun with afternoon shade is ideal in hot summer conditions, while brighter sunlight encourages the heaviest flowering. In Alberta, Super Olympia® White performs well in both sunny and lightly shaded garden locations.

    Watering Instructions ▾

    Moderate. Water when the top few centimetres of soil begin to dry, keeping the soil evenly moist but never saturated. While wax begonias tolerate short dry periods once established, consistent watering encourages the healthiest foliage and continuous blooms.

    Care Tips ▾

    Remove spent flowers as needed to keep plants looking their best, although this variety is largely self-cleaning. Plant in fertile, well-draining soil and fertilize every two to four weeks throughout the growing season to encourage continuous flowering. Mulching around outdoor plants helps retain moisture and maintain even soil temperatures. A moisture meter is a great way to gauge your plant's moisture levels.
