Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Live Plant Shipping Notice
To minimize time in transit over weekends, live plant orders are shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays only, unless express shipping is selected at checkout. Orders placed later in the week will be held and dispatched the following Monday or Tuesday. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for claims related to plant condition upon arrival.
Shipping Regions
We currently ship within Canada only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Alberta (local): 2–5 business days
- Western Canada (BC, SK, MB): 3–7 business days
- Eastern Canada: 5–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays due to carrier volume, weather, or other circumstances outside our control may occur.
Local Pickup
Free in-store pickup is available at our Alberta location. Once your order is ready, you will receive a notification with pickup instructions. Orders must be picked up within 7 days of the ready notification.
Local Delivery
Local delivery may be available in select areas of Alberta. Delivery availability and fees will be shown at checkout based on your address.
Live Plant Shipping Notice
Live plants and perishable goods are shipped at the buyer's risk with respect to weather and transit conditions. Urbane Eight Inc. takes care in packaging all live material; however, we cannot be held responsible for damage caused by extreme temperatures, carrier delays, or conditions beyond our control. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for claims related to plant condition upon arrival.
Order Tracking
Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after you receive your shipping confirmation
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, the customer is responsible for any re-shipping costs. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
