Sun Requirements ▾

Thrives in bright, indirect light, but is highly tolerant of low to medium light. Avoid direct sun, which may scorch the leaf edges. It’s a favorite for low-light corners and interior rooms.

Watering Instructions ▾

Water when the top 2–3 inches of soil feel dry. Dracaenas prefer to be on the drier side, so avoid overwatering and ensure pots have proper drainage. Use filtered or distilled water when possible, as they are sensitive to fluoride and salts.

Care Tips ▾

Soil: Grows best in well-draining potting soil. A standard indoor mix is perfect—consider adding perlite for extra drainage if needed. Fertilizer: Feed with a balanced, diluted liquid fertilizer every 4–6 weeks during spring and summer. Skip fertilizing in winter when growth slows. Humidity: Tolerates average indoor humidity, but benefits from occasional misting, especially if leaf tips start to brown in dry air.
