To begin, add approximately 1/3 cup of water to the dehydrated coconut coir growing medium and stir. Add the kale and arugula microgreen seeds and gently mix them just below the surface. After planting, keep the growing medium consistently moist but not waterlogged. Mist or water lightly as needed. Check the pouch regularly, as its small size means the growing medium can dry relatively quickly.
