Glow in the Dark Yoga – Lethbridge

Turn down the lights. Turn up the music. It’s time to glow.

Join us at Urbane Eight for Glow in the Dark Yoga, a playful evening of movement, music, black lights, glow sticks, and good company in the greenhouse.

We’re taking Hatha yoga out of its usual setting with a fun and creative flow designed to get you stretching, moving, and sweating while upbeat music plays and the greenhouse glows around you. Expect an energetic class that keeps the foundations of Hatha yoga while making room to loosen up, have fun, and enjoy the experience.

Glow sticks will be provided, and we’ll have black lights throughout the space to bring the night to life. Dress with the glow theme in mind—neon, white, bright colours, or anything else that will stand out under the black lights. This is one night where dressing for yoga can be part of the fun.

Your ticket also includes a specialty drink to enjoy after class. Once the flow is finished, there’s no need to rush home. Stay for a drink, spend some time with the people you came with, meet someone new, and enjoy the greenhouse after dark.

Come to move. Come to glow. Come to have a little fun with us.

Please bring your own yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing you can move in. Glow-inspired attire is encouraged.
