Gold Dead Nettle (Lamium maculatum ‘Aureum’) is a fast-spreading, low-growing perennial groundcover valued for its bright golden-yellow foliage and ability to thrive in shaded garden conditions. This vibrant lamium provides a striking contrast in woodland gardens, shaded borders, and underplantings where traditional grass or sun-loving plants struggle to grow.

The foliage forms a dense mat that helps suppress weeds while adding colour and texture throughout the growing season.
