Sun Requirements ▾

Place the planted grow card in a bright location with plenty of natural light. A bright windowsill or location receiving strong, indirect light is ideal for supporting healthy microgreen growth. Gentle direct sunlight can be beneficial, but monitor moisture carefully because sunny windows can cause the growing pouch to dry more quickly. Avoid excessively hot locations where the seedlings or growing medium dry too rapidly.

Watering Instructions ▾

To begin, add approximately 1/3 cup of water to the dehydrated coconut coir growing medium and stir. Add the beet microgreen seeds and gently mix them just below the surface. After planting, keep the growing medium consistently moist but not waterlogged. Mist or water lightly as needed and check the pouch regularly, as the small amount of growing medium can dry relatively quickly.

Care Tips ▾

Beet microgreens are relatively easy to grow with consistent moisture, plenty of bright light, comfortable indoor temperatures, and good airflow. Check the seedlings regularly as they develop and maintain even moisture throughout the growing process. Avoid allowing the growing medium to dry completely or remain excessively saturated. Growth rates can vary depending on temperature, light, and other indoor growing conditions.
