The Key Lime Tree and Creeping Fig work well together despite slightly different light preferences. The Key Lime Tree thrives in full sun, and when placed indoors, it requires a bright, sunny spot. The Creeping Fig, nestled at the base of the planter, benefits from the tree’s natural shade, which filters the sunlight and provides the softer, indirect light the fig prefers. This placement allows both plants to thrive while creating a beautiful layered effect.
Watering Instructions ▾
Watering: Water when the top inch of soil feels dry. Keep the soil evenly moist but not soggy, and ensure the planter has good drainage.
Humidity: Prefers moderate to high humidity. Mist occasionally if indoors to replicate its natural tropical environment. The creeping fig likes higher humidity so you can mist it more often.
