Full sun to partial shade. Provide at least 6 hours of direct sunlight daily for sturdy growth, abundant flowers, and the best overall performance. Light afternoon shade can be beneficial in particularly hot locations, but excessive shade may reduce flowering and encourage weaker, more open growth.

Watering Instructions ▾

Moderate. Keep the soil relatively evenly moist, particularly during establishment, bud development, flowering, and prolonged periods of hot weather. Water deeply when the upper portion of the soil begins to dry. Avoid allowing plants to remain excessively dry for extended periods or sit in waterlogged soil.

Care Tips ▾

Deadhead faded flower clusters to maintain a tidy appearance and encourage additional flowering when conditions are favourable. Provide good air circulation around the foliage and avoid overcrowding. Water near the base of the plant rather than routinely wetting the foliage. Divide established clumps every few years in spring if they become crowded.
