Proven Winners® Sage Advice Russian Sage (Perovskia atriplicifolia ‘Sage Advice’) (PW) is a hardy long-blooming perennial prized for its airy lavender-blue flower spikes, aromatic silver foliage, and exceptional drought tolerance. Blooming from mid-summer into fall, this elegant perennial adds soft texture, vertical movement, and pollinator appeal to prairie gardens, perennial borders, and sunny landscape plantings.

The finely textured silver-gray foliage creates a soft cloud-like appearance beneath masses of lavender-blue blooms that attract bees, butterflies, and other beneficial pollinators throughout the growing season.
