Sound Bath – Lethbridge

Experience a Sound Bath in Lethbridge, surrounded by plants in the greenhouse at Urbane Eight. Hosted by our yoga instructor, Namaste Nikki, this immersive experience invites you to get comfortable, slow down, and simply listen as sound fills the space around you.

Throughout this 90-minute sound bath, Nikki will use singing bowls and to create a layered sound experience within the greenhouse. Settle into your space, become still, and experience the sounds and vibrations as they move throughout the room.

No previous sound bath, yoga, or meditation experience is required. Whether this is your first sound bath or something you already enjoy, everyone is welcome.

To make the experience as comfortable as possible, please bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, and eye mask, along with anything else that will help you settle in comfortably for the full 90-minute session. Comfortable clothing is also recommended.
