Escape into the jungle with weekly yoga at Urbane Eight, guided by the incredible Namaste Nikki. Surrounded by lush tropical plants in our moody greenhouse, each session offers a unique way to recharge and reconnect. All levels of yoga are welcome—just bring your mat and an open mind.

Thursday Evenings (7:30–8:30 pm): Yin + Nidra
Friday Mornings (9:00–10:00 am): Hatha Flow
